Rhian has been a fountain of knowledge, and has helped my son no end. After my son went into school refusal he would not engage, I was very worried as his anxiety went through the roof, the relationship with the school completely broke down. I didnt know where to turn, Rhian stepped in met with us and the school, we decided an EHCP was the best way forward and Rhian helped me engage with the school in a more positive way. My son started to attend school again with support that was secured by Rhian. Rhian then helped me with the EHCP process and also did some work with my son on his wishes and feelings for his EHCP. Thia helped so much to get an independant person to record what my son wanted and this was used for his EHCP. Rhian helped identify a provision and my son now attends an alternative provision and is thriving. At the begining I was clueless, Rhian helped empower me and my son to get what he needed.
